Free shipping within Germany from an order value of 100 €. Below that, the shipping costs are €5 flat rate. For deliveries outside Germany (EU countries + Switzerland), the shipping costs are €15 flat rate. For shipments outside the EU, please contact us directly at shop@lengling.com. For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may be incurred in individual cases. These are to be borne by the customer. Delivery is usually carried out by DHL.

LENGLING LUXURY inspects the packaging and condition of each returned product, as the essential integrity of the respective products is an indispensable prerequisite for exercising the right of withdrawal. The basic exercise of the right of withdrawal remains unaffected.
