Use of AI-Powered Perfume Consultation

Our perfume consultation is based on an AI-powered technology operated via the OpenAI application programming interface (API). This technology is used exclusively to provide the consultation service.

The following applies:

No personal data is stored by OpenAI.
We process only the content that users voluntarily enter into the chat.
If users do not actively provide personal data themselves, no personal data is collected or stored by us.

The chat conversations generated in the course of the AI-powered consultation are processed exclusively in an anonymized form and are not attributed to individual users. These anonymized chat logs are used solely for statistical purposes, in particular to improve the quality of our perfume consultation.

The anonymized data is stored in a database hosted by Neon, LLC. It is not possible to trace this data back to individual users.

No profiling takes place, and no personal data is shared with third parties.
