Perfume is classified as dangerous goods in transport. Destinations that cannot be reached by road are shipped as air freight. This results in higher shipping costs for these countries; free shipping is not offered there.
VAT and customs
Within the European Union and in Monaco, all prices include the statutory VAT of the country of delivery.
For deliveries to Switzerland, Norway, the United Kingdom and all other countries outside the European Union, prices are shown without VAT. Customs duties, import taxes and handling fees may apply on delivery and are payable by the recipient.
Returns
Within the European Union and the European Economic Area you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. The details are set out in our withdrawal policy.
Outside those states we will also take your order back within 14 days, provided the goods are unopened and unused in their original packaging. Any more extensive mandatory rights under the law of your country of residence remain unaffected.
Return shipping is at your own cost, including within Germany.
